Foreign investment, borrowing and non-routine requests

Module 02 / 5 · 70 min

Advise foreign investors and complex importers correctly: open and closed sectors, capital registration, external loans within 60:40, guarantees, dividend remittance and the newer import routes.

In this module you will learn to

  • Check whether a foreign investor may enter a sector and meets the minimum capital
  • Process equity injections and FX accounts so that later remittances are protected
  • Test an external loan or supplier credit against the 60:40 rule and approve it under FXD/04/2026
  • Handle dividend remittances, acceptance-based imports and franco valuta imports without avoidable errors
